Alvaro Bunster Briceno: vida, obra e influencia en el derecho penal actual

Abstract

Estudiar la vida, obra e influencia de Álvaro Bunster Briceño en la dogmática penal actual, es una tarea que busca revelar la importancia de sus obras en el derecho penal. Utilizaremos el método de investigación histórico dogmático para describir el pasado de éste autor, el cual nos permitirá determinar la importancia de sus obras en el derecho Penal vigente. Los contenidos que abarcaremos en la presente investigación serán: la bibliografía del autor, el análisis de sus principales obras y la determinación de la influencia ejercida por Álvaro Bunster en el derecho Penal contemporáneo. La utilización de la metodología y los contenidos abarcados, nos permitirá concluir cual fue el grado de influencia ejercido por Álvaro Bunster en quiénes hoy son considerados destacados profesores en el ámbito del derecho Penal y cómo pudo llevarse a cabo dicha influencia, considerando la escasez de referencias bibliográficas que existen en relación al autor./ ABSTRACT: When studying Alvaro Bunster Briceño's life, work and his influence on the current criminal dogmatic, at present it has become a task which looks to expose the great importance of his work in criminal law. The historical dogmatic investigative method will be used to describe the author's past life which allow us to determine the importance of his work in the The contents which will be included in this investigation are the author's biography, the analysis of his major pieces of work and finally the influence he has exerted on the present criminal law. The use of the methodology and contents covered will allow us to conclude what was the level of influence exerted by Álvaro Bunster on whom today are considered prominent teachers in criminal law field and how it was carried out, considering the lack of bibliographical references about the author.
