Reforma a la justicia tributaria chilena: alcance de los cambios introducidos por la ley 20.322 y derecho comparado

Abstract

La presente investigación jurídica tiene como objetivo describir los cambios que introduce la ley 20.322 de Perfeccionamiento de la Jurisdicción Tributaria Chilena a la actual y aún vigente justicia tributaria nacional, identificando los distintos ámbitos modificados por la citada normativa y delimitando el real y específico alcance para nuestro derecho tributario desde la perspectiva practica, es decir, las normas procedimentales y la estructura del modificado procedimiento de reclamación tributaria, culminando con una somera pero concisa descripción de la experiencia de la legislación brasilera en la misma mater----------/--- ABSTRACT: The present juridical investigation has the objective to describe the changes introduced by the law 20.322 of the Chilean Tributary Justice, to the current and still valid tributary law, identifying the distinct fields modified by the quoted normative and delimiting the real and specific extention on this subject, analyzing the changes on the procediment of tributary justice, and ending with a brief description of the brazilian experience on the same subject.
