| Abstract: | Salica simulator of growth was developed, that had allowed to store, to debug and to already process the coming information so much of the stand existent,as of new plantations with hybrid of the gender Populus in Chile. The software was used Microsoft EXCEL 2000 for the programming of the application SALICA.
SALICA is very flexible already analyze the stands existent as the new plantation, so that in function of the information that disposes the user will have multiple options to do your analyses, could stand out the determination of site index, distribution diametrica, taper functions,growth models and production an economical analysis - financial of handling regimes. It is waited that the simulator is an effective tool for the planning of the present and future production |
