Valoración del quehacer musical por parte de los docentes no especialistas del Colegio María Raquel de Talca.

Abstract

En la presente investigación, cuyo tema central es la Valoración del quehacer musical por parte de los docentes no especialistas en música del Colegio María Raquel de Talca, se buscó comprender la valoración existente, ya sea positiva o negativa, por parte de los actores educacionales implicados en este trabajo investigativo. La forma en que el estudio se llevó a cabo, fue mediante la metodología cualitativa, es decir se trabajó en base a la subjetividad, siendo utilizados el “focus group” y la entrevista como los instrumentos para recolectar los datos necesarios. Mediante el proceso de investigación, se vislumbró la percepción de los docentes no especialistas hacia el quehacer musical de su establecimiento, arrojando como resultado, una valoración positiva hacia este tipo de actividades, siendo claramente expresado por ellos que la razón principal por la cual existe esta valoración, es lo que ellos observan en los estudiantes que han participado y que participan en dichas instancias relacionadas con la música./ABSTRACR: In the present research, whose central theme is the Assessment of musical work by non-specialist music teachers of the María Raquel School of Talca, we try to understand the existing assessment, whether positive or negative, on the part of the educational actors involved in this investigative work. The way the study was carried out was through qualitative methodology. In other words, we worked on the basis of subjectivity and we used the "focus group" and the interview as the instruments to collect the information. Through the research process, we saw the perception of the non-specialist music teachers towards the musical work of the school, resulting in a positive assessment towards these types of activities. Nevertheless it is expressed by the professors that the main reason for which there is this rating, lies in what they observe in the students who have participated and who participate in such instances related to music. *Palabras Clave: Valoración, Actitud, Cultura Escolar, Quehacer musical y Docentes Especialistas. *Key Words: Assessment, Attitude, School Culture, Music and Specialist Teachers.
